I received a late diagnosis of dyslexia in 4th grade.

My parents had no idea that they needed to formally request dyslexia testing by writing a letter, even though I had been struggling to read for years.

I created this site so you would understand the process and importance of getting tested earlier than I did.

With lots of evidence-based interventions, I am now reading perfectly fine.
